Are you looking for severe depression help?
I’ve known many people suffering from depression... They told me they’ve tried traditional methods, meditation, Chinese remedies... Nothing seemed to help, because they needed severe depression help. Depressed people usually fall into 2 categories: the first category are the ones that go immediately on drugs, getting addicted to it day by day, trying all sorts of medicines for depression and anxiety. The second category are the ones that are afraid to take any anxiety and depression medications. They are seeking depression help without medication. But can anxiety medicine help depression? Can one treat anxiety and depression without medication? Personally I would answer yes to both questions. But what about severe depression help? Can you make it without anxiety and depression medications? In my opinion, it can be done, but it’s very difficult. The best approach would be a combination of both. In the beginning, depression anxiety medication will play a major role, but as the therapy goes on, antidepressant medication will diminish its role... Severe depression help doesn’t necessarily mean medication... But if you really feel you need it, you should take it – always under medical supervision. And try not to overdose... It’s very important... Eventually you will go off all the depression and anxiety medications...
I remember in the beginning when I’ve got sick, I didn’t know anything about anxiety and depression medications. I just didn’t want to take any medication at all. But I didn’t get any better... I was sinking deeper and deeper... I needed severe depression help. I didn’t know where to turn and what to do. Finally I decided to take depression anxiety medication. Was it a good decision? Probably. But I didn’t really have any other choice. I couldn’t sleep, I wanted to kill myself, I’ve had panic attacks... Taking medication allowed me to get some sleep and also to get some relief from anxiety. Weird as it seems, my anxiety level used to rise every day around 5pm, like clockwork. I’ve kind of got used to this regular rise in my anxiety level. Day by day, my anxiety attacks diminished in intensity and frequency... I’ve also started to carry around a little kit containing my anxiety and depression medications: sleeping pills, antidepressant medication, anxiety medication. I took them with me wherever I went. As for the antidepressant medication... I took 3 kinds of antidepressants for a total of 2 months. But I got scared and I’ve stop taking them abruptly ... Something I shouldn’t have done... But this is another story... Was all this severe depression help? It was. Did medicine help? It did. Do you absolutely have to take medicine if you’re anxious and/or depressed? NO.
